Add Shopping

To add a record in the Shopping screen, simply select the Add button, as illustrated in the screenshot below:

The Shopping dialogue box will open, allowing you to capture the following information:

§  The Carer who performed the Shopping

§  The date the Shopping took place

§  The name of the Shopping

§  The distance travelled

§  The petrol amount being claimed by the Carer

§  The amount of money given to the Carer by the Client for the Shopping

§  The amount spent by the Carer on the Client’s Shopping

§  The amount of change given back to the Client
