Billing Options

The Billing Options section allows you to fully manage all of the following Lookups:

§  Expense Type

§  Holiday

§  Holiday Type

§  Insurance Plan

To update or edit any of the Lookups, simply double click on them. You can then add or edit the Lookup options as you wish, provided you have the appropriate User Role. Below, we have opened the Expense Type Lookup. Clicking Add opens a window where you can then enter a new Expense Type, add a description, and select a colour, which gives the Expense Type a visual aspect, making it easier for users to quickly identify.

Once all details are entered, simply clicking Add adds the new option to all Expense Type drop down lists on the application.
