Carer Leave Report 2

The Carer Leave Report illustrates details of all the Carers who have a Leave record captured on their profile during the selected time period. The Report displays the name of the Carer, the Type of Leave and the dates that this Leave occurs on.

Search Parameters

Definition

Group

Allows you to search by Group

Carer

Allows you to search by individual Carers, default option returns results for all Carers

Date From

Allows you to define a start date for the search period

Date To

Allows you to define an end date for the search period

 

Columns In Report

Data Displayed

User ID

The Carers ID

Name

The Name of the Carer

Leave Type

The Leave Type captured against the Leave Record

First Date

The First date the Leave record applies to

Last Date

The Last Date the Leave record applies to

Total Hours

The overall number of hours captured on the Leave record

Days

The overallĀ  number days captured on the Leave record

Groups

The name of the Group(s) each Carer is associated with

Inserted By

The name of the User that captured the record on the Carers Profile

Inserted At

The date that the Leave record was captured on the Carers Profile
