When a Carer Profile is being created, the system will automatically assign a PIN Number to that Carer. The PIN Number is the actual number that the Carer must enter when they are clocking in/out of the Client’s home. Essentially, it allows the system to record and monitor the Carer’s attendance at the Client home. The PIN number is printed on the Carer’s ID card and is unique to that Carer.
To view the Carer’s PIN at any time, simply double click on the button beside the PIN on the Carer Profile and the Attendance Function window will open.
