Carer Task Attendance Overview Report

The Carer Task Attendance Overview Report gives you a complete overview of all Tasks for the searched period regardless of their status. The report illustrates information for all tasks giving an overview of Task by:

§  Status

§  Marked Attendance By Method (IVR / Manual / Partial)

§  Overall number of Hours scheduled along with Hours Worked

§  Overall Compliance with IVR – detailing in % value, the number of Carer’s that marked their attendance via the Telemonitoring system

The report then goes on to illustrate details of all individual tasks for each Client during the period the report was generated.

Visit By Status

Illustrates the overall number of Tasks by Status (i.e. Assigned, Delayed, Completed, etc)

Visits By Type of Clock In

Illustrates the overall number of Tasks by their Clock In Type (i.e. Attended Via IVR / Manual Clock In & Out / Partial IVR & Manual, etc)

Overall Number of Hours Scheduled

The Overall number hours scheduled for the searched period

Overall Number of Hours Completed

Overall number of hours completed

Overall Complaints with IVR

The percentage of completed calls where Clock In and Out method was IVR (Telemonitoring).

Individual Task Details By Carer

Name of the Carer

Overall Task Count By Status

The complete Task Count, for this Carer, by Task Status

Overall Task Count for Individual Carer

Total Number of Visits

Total number of Tasks scheduled

IVR / Manual / Partial

Displays how many Tasks were clocked in/out via IVR, Plan Board, and Partial IVR (I.e. the Task was clocked in via IVR and clocked out via Plan Board, or vice versa)

Scheduled Hours

Total number of hours scheduled to the Carer within the defined search period

Total Number of Hours Worked

Total number of hours worked by the Carer within the defined search period

IVR Hours / Manual Hours / Partial Hours

Displays all Worked Hours within the defined search period broken down into those clocked in/out via IVR, via Plan Board, and via Partial IVR

Overall Compliance with IVR

Compliance percentage, calculated by comparing the Scheduled Tasks with Completed, where both clocking in and out occurred solely via IVR

Will display the Note recorded when the Task’s Status was updated

Clocked In By

Name of the user/Carer who actually clocked into the Client Home & how this was clocked In. If this was done by a user manually via the Plan Board then the user’s name will appear here along with Note: Manual Clock In. If this was done by the Carer via IVR, then the Carer’s name will appear here along with Note IVR Clock In

Clock Out By

Name of the user/Carer who actually clocked out of the Client Home & how this was clocked Out. If this was done by a user manually via the Plan Board then the user’s name will appear here along with Note: Manual Clock Out. If this was done by the Carer via IVR, then the Carer’s name will appear here along with Note IVR Clock Out

Punctuality

Punctuality of the Carer (calculated by comparing  the duration of the Scheduled Task to the Actual duration of the Task)
