§  DOB

Allows you to define if capturing a Client’s DOB is mandatory when adding a new Client Profile.

§  Billing in Schedule

Allows you to define if capturing the Billing Chart information in the Scheduling Wizard when creating a Client Schedule is mandatory.

§  Wages in Schedule

Allows you to define if the capturing of Schedule-specific Wage Chart information is mandatory when a Carer is being assigned to a Client Schedule.

§  Provide Group Details while creating a new Client

If checked, this means that users must add every new Client to a Group.

§  PO Number in Schedules

If checked, this means that users will be required to capture the PO Number when adding a Client Schedule in the Client Scheduling Wizard.

§  Gender

Allows you to define if capturing the Client Gender is mandatory when adding a new Client Profile.
