Clients

The Clients screen allows you to link a Client’s Profile to a Facility Profile. This is so you can define the Clients the Carer will be attending to when they visit the Facility. However, if you do not know who the Carer will be attending to, then there is no need to capture this information.

The Clients screen can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Facility Profile, as illustrated below:

If Clients are linked with the Facility, they will be displayed in a listing, as shown in the screenshot above. Here, you can see the name of the Client, their From and To dates (i.e. the period within which they will be linked with the Facility), and their status. You can also add a New Client by using the Search Client functionality highlighted in the screenshot below:

To add a Client, use the pink search icon to find that Client and then click Add Client. You can also search by the From and To dates.
