Attendance has been marked by the Carer using the IVR system and all information is consistent with the Scheduled Task. Therefore, the Task is automatically set to Billing Confirmed. In this case, you will still have the option to reconfirm the Billing and make changes (if required) before sending it to the Billing/Payroll screens.
If you do nothing with these Billing Confirmed Tasks, they will be sent to Billing and Payroll as normal.
