The Compatibility screen allows you to record if a Client is compatible or incompatible with a particular Carer. It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Client’s Profile, as illustrated below:
The top most area of the screen is the search area and from here you can search on all Compatibilities recorded against this Client. The bottom section allows you to view all of the recorded Compatibilities. Once you add a Compatibility, it will be visible on both the Client and Carer Profiles.
