Complaints

All Complaints captured on the system, whether in relation to Clients, Carers, Staff or Organisations, are recorded here. You can use this screen to add, update, remove or export Complaints.

 

The Complaints tab can be accessed via the CRM Module, as illustrated in the screenshot.

 

 

 

 

 

Not all Complaints are necessarily linked with a specific Carer or Client. In such cases, these Complaints will not be linked to any Profile on the application; however, the Complaints will still be accessible to all Staff within the organisation!
