The Dashboard screen is the first screen you will encounter when you log on to the application.
This screen is broken into five sections displaying the overall statistics for the following:
§ Data Analysis
§ Client Stats
§ Carer Stats
§ IVR Stats
§ Task Stats
From this screen, you can search for results by Groups and date parameters. All information displayed on the Dashboard screens is illustrated graphically.
