If you hover your cursor over a particular call, you will be able to view more information relating to that call.
Here, you can see the Client’s name, the Shift Start Date and Time, and the phone number used to make the call. You can also see whether the call was validated and whether it was a web service call.
If the call is designated “Web service”, it means that the Carer did not clock in/out via the IVR system; rather, they were clocked in/out on the InnovaCare application, via the Plan Board or the Carer/Client/Staff/Facility Calendar View. This is because sometimes a Carer will not be able to clock in/out from a Client’s home due to reasons beyond their control (i.e. the Client might not have a telephone).
Alternatively, if you double click on a call, a new screen will open, providing you with all of the information relating to that call.
Here, you can see all of the information contained within the display table, as well as the Log Details, which gives you an overview of the call by showing what status updates occurred throughout the call and at exactly what times. The green icon in the top right corner allows you to print off the information.
