The Health and Safety screen allows you to capture all aspects of a Client’s Clinical Information. It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Client Profile, as illustrated below:
The screen itself is broken into two areas, allowing you to capture the following information:
§ General Comments
§ Notes
§ Issues that Carer is required to report
§ We can also indicate if this Client has a “High Risk Plan” in place
