When a Carer has a status of Inactive, it means that the Carer Profile is available on the system, but the Carer is not actively available to be assigned to a Client Schedule or Task. The system will, however, maintain the Carer’s historical records.
If a Carer is switched from Active to Inactive and they are currently assigned to a Client Schedule/Task, all future Tasks assigned to the Carer will become Unassigned. If the Carer is then switched from Inactive to Active, they will not be automatically reassigned to those tasks. Rather, you will have to manually reassign them.
