IVR Attendance

This means that the Carer will be required to clock in/out of a Task as normal using the IVR system. The call times will be recorded and will appear on the Plan Board for this Task, as well as on the Client/Carer Calendar View.  Once the Carer has clocked in/out within the grace period and the Task is set to Completed, it will be automatically populated on the To Confirm screen – it will also remain on the Plan Board as a Completed Task.
