The Manage Groups screen allows you to view all Groups currently configured on the system broken into their respective Profile Types. It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Staff Member’s Profile. As well as viewing all Groups currently Active on the application, you can also add Client/Carer/Staff/Facility Profiles to Groups from this interface.
You can view the following information:
§ Group Name
§ Profile Type
§ List of all Profiles in the Group
§ Gender of each Profile
§ Address of each Profile
§ Contact Number of each Profile
§ Status of each Profile
§ Admin Name – the name of the administrator of the Group (this will be a Staff User)
