The Medical Examination screen allows you to capture and
view Carer Medical Examinations on the Carer’s Profile.
It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Carer’s Profile, as illustrated in the screenshot.
You can record multiple Medical Examinations on this interface, capturing the Date, Next Medical Date, name of the examiner, and location of the appointment for each. There is also a Results text box where you can record the results of the examination.
