This screen allows you to define the mileage related information such as per KM charges, per hour charges, round trip calculation (etc), which the system will then use when calculating mileage for Completed Tasks. You can also establish the mileage calculation start up point (i.e. should a Carer’s mileage be calculated as the distance between the Carer’s Home and the Client’s Home or the Office and the Client’s Home).
Mileage information for all Completed Tasks can be accessed via Mileage Calculation under the Payroll tab.
