Notable Fields on the Office Information Screen

§  Garda Expiry

This field allows you to define the period of time after which a Garda Clearance Cert will “Expire”. The Garda Clearance tab appears on the Carer Profile; users will be alerted when the Clearance is due to expire by an Alert on the Home Screen.

§  Leave Unit

This allows you to define what the Default Units are for a Carer’s Leave Period. The unit can be defined as Hours or Days.

§  Exceptions Log Email

In the event that there is a system problem, an Exceptions Log is automatically generated outlining what the problem is. If you wish, this Log can be automatically emailed to the email address you designate in this field.

§  Enable InnovaCare Logo on Invoices

This field allows you to include or exclude the InnovaCare logo on your organisation invoices.

§  Admin Email Settings

This allows you to define the Admin email address that should receive email notifications based on the Alert Settings as defined in the Notification Alert Settings in the Office Setup.

§  Show Graphical Dashboard

This checkbox allows you to control whether the Graphical Dashboard will open on the Application once you have logged into the Application.
