Pending

When a Client has a status of Pending, it means that the Client’s details have been added to the application, but the Client is not “Live” on the system yet. By default, the system will set new Clients to Pending.  However, you can update this status to Active at any time once the Client has been added to the system.

While a Client is Pending, you will be able to capture information on their Profile, but unable to add a Schedule.
