Referral Manager

Here, you will be able to manage the Referrals that you receive.  These Referrals usually relate to prospective Clients who wish to begin availing of Home Care services and have been recommended for a Home Care package by their GP or a hospital.

By managing Referrals, you will be able to capture and record information relating to a prospective Client even though they aren’t Active on the system and a Profile hasn’t been created for them.

The Referral Manager can be accessed via the CRM Module, as illustrated in the screenshot. The Referral Manager tab allows you to capture new Referrals, and the Referrals tab allows you to view and update previously received Referrals.
