To search for a particular Facility Profile, simply click the Search Facility tab. You will then be presented with a listing of all Facilities that are currently active on the application. This is the default display.
The Search Facility screen is broken into two main areas. The top most area is the search area; the bottom area is a table that displays all results returned by your search.
