Sick Leave Report

This Report illustrates details of all the Carers who have a Leave record captured on their profile during the selected time period. The Report displays the name of the Carer, the Type of Leave and the dates that this Leave occurs on.

Search Parameters

Definition

Group

Allows you to search by Group

Leave Type

Allows you to search by Type of LeaveĀ 

Leave Status

Allows you to search by Leave Status as captured in the Annual Leave record on the Carers Profile

Leave Option

Allows you to search by Leave Duration option (Default, Leave based on Scheduled Hours, Leave based on Availability, etc) selected when the Leave record was being captured on the Carers Profile

Carer

Allows you to search by Carer

Date From

Allows you to define the start date of the search period

Date To

Allows you to define the end date of the search period

 

Columns In Report

Data Displayed

Department

Here we see the name of the Department captured in the Carers Profile on their Contract screen

Division

This column illustrates the name of the Division captured in the Carers Profile on their Contract screen

Payroll Number

This column illustrates the Payroll Number captured on the Carers Profile

Forename

The Carers First Name

Surname

The Carers Surname

Leave Type

This illustrates the type of Leave the Carer is has captured on their Profile

Leave Start Date

Date the Leave begins

Leave End Date

Date the Leave ends

Duration

The total number of Hours the Leave Records has been captured as

Reason

This illustrate the Leave Type

Total Hours

Number of Leave hours taken by the Carer for each Leave record captured on their profile
