When a Carer is switched from Active to Suspended, all of their future Client Schedules and Tasks become Unassigned. The system will notify you of this and give you the option of automatically reassigning these Tasks and Schedules if the Carer is reactivated in the future.
In the event that you wish to reactivate a suspended Carer, you will have two options:
§ Update Carer Status Only
§ Update Carer Status and Assign the Carer to all Tasks they had been Assigned to prior to becoming Suspended
When the Carer is reactivated, a window will open, displaying any changes that have occurred regarding their Tasks and Schedules while they were Suspended. You will be able to see which Schedules have been cancelled, which Clients have been made Inactive, and any Schedule time changes. You will also be able to see if any other Carers are now assigned to these Schedules, and then choose to leave the Schedules as they are, or reassign the reactivated Carer.
