Unlock Schedules

When you are editing a Client’s schedule on the application, the system automatically “locks” the Schedule in question for other users: this is to prevent Schedule conflicts arising from multiple Users updating the same Schedule simultaneously.  The Unlock Schedules screen allows you to manually unlock a locked Schedule.

The Unlock Schedules tab can be accessed via the Scheduling Module, as illustrated in the screenshot.

When you click on this tab, a window will open with a list of all of the currently locked Schedules.  To unlock one, simply select it and click Unlock in the top right corner of the window.
