Active

When a Client has a status of Active, it means that the Client is “Live” on the system. From this status, a Client can be updated to Inactive, Suspended or Deceased. However, they cannot be changed to Pending or Assessed. You have full access to Active Clients’ Profiles.  Clients must have a status of Active before you can add Schedules to their Profile.
