When a Client has a status of Inactive, it means that the Client Profile is available on the system, but they are not actively receiving services from the organisation. The system will maintain the Client’s historical records, and users will have the facility to update the basic client information. However, you will be unable to add or edit a Schedule on an Inactive Client Profile.
If a Client is updated from Active to Inactive and they have current Schedules on their Profile, all future Tasks associated with these Schedules will be cancelled. You will not be able to reactivate these, even if the Client is later switched back to Active.
