Add Equipment Details

To add a record in the Equipment Details screen, simply select the Add button. The Equipment Dialogue box will then open, allowing you to capture the following information:

 

§  The name of the Equipment given to the Client

§  Who it was issued by

§  The date it was issued

§  If this is new or used Equipment

§  The status

§  The received date

§  Any Notes you wish to capture
