This option allows you to reassign all of the Tasks
currently visible on the Primary Carer’s Schedule (either in Day/Week/Month
View) to the Secondary Carer in one go.
So if you are viewing the Primary Carer Calendar in Monthly View in March, then all the Tasks assigned to the Primary Carer in March will automatically be reassigned to the Secondary Carer.
To do this, you must first ensure that whatever time period you wish to reassign is on view in the Primary Carer’s Calendar (in the screenshot below we have chosen the week running from 1st December to 7th December 2014). Then select the option Current View Task(s) and click on the Assign Task button:
When you click the Assign Task button, all Tasks within the current view will be reassigned to the Secondary Carer.
