Billing and Payroll Exceptions Report

The Billing and Payroll Exceptions Report allows you to compare the Billing and Payroll for individual Tasks, to determine if individual completed Tasks have been sent to Billing and or Payroll. This report will also allow you to see where a Task has been confirmed on the To Confirm screen but has not any Billing and / or Payroll Calculated.

This will happen when a Task has been Cancelled and Billing / Payroll may or may not be calculated.

A Task will only appear on this report if any of the following has taken place:

§ The Task has been Completed & Confirmed

§ The Task has been Cancelled, but Sent to Billing and / or Payroll

Search Parameters	Searches From
Groups	Allows user to search by Group
Carer	Allows user to search by Carer
Client	Allows user to search by Clients
Date From	Allows user to specify the start date
Date To	Allows user to specify the end date

Columns In Report	Data Displayed
Task ID	The individual Task ID
Date	The Date the visit was scheduled
Scheduled Time From	The scheduled start time
Scheduled Time To	The scheduled end time
Scheduled Duration	The scheduled duration of the visit
Actual Time From	The actual start time
Actual Time To	The actual end time
Actual Duration	The actual duration of the visit
Billing Calculated On	This can be: § Schedule Time (defined in the To Confirm screen by the user) § Actual Time (defined in the To Confirm screen by the user) § Not Calculated (If Billing has not been calculated, for example if user has opted to select the Cancel Visit and Billing but Sent to Payroll), then this visit will have a status of Not Calculated, as the Billing was not calculated for this task.
Client	The name of the Client the Task is associated with
Carer	The name of the Carer the Task was assigned to
Billing Exists	Displays [Y] if the Billing has been calculated against this task Displays [N] if the Billing has not been calculated against this task
Payroll Exists	Displays [Y] if the Billing has been calculated against this task Displays [N] if the Billing has not been calculated against this task
Total Scheduled Duration	Displays the Total Duration of Scheduled time
Total Actual Duration	Displays the Total Duration of Actual time
