Office Summary Report

The Office Summary Report provides a complete statistical overview and percentage of data captured on the application for the searched period of time.

Allows user to search by Group

Allows user to  specify the start date

Service Users

The total number of Client Profiles saved on the application, irrespective of the status of the Client (i.e. Active, Deceased, Assessed, Inactive / Suspended, Pending)

Active

The total number of Client profiles saved on the application, with a status of Active

The percentage of Clients that are active

Female

The total number of Client profiles that are active and Female

The percentage of Clients that are Female

Male

The total number of Client profiles that are active and Male

The percentage of Clients that are Male

Gender Unspecified

The total number of Client Profiles that are active and the Gender hasn’t been specified on the profile

The percentage of Clients that have an unspecified Gender

Carer

The total number of Carer Profiles saved on the application, regardless of the status of their Status (i.e. Active, Inactive / Suspended, Temporary)

Temporary

The total number of Carers  profiles with a status of Temporary

The percentage of Carers that have an Status of Temporary

Active

The total number of Carers  profiles with a status of Active

The percentage of Carers that have an Status of Active

Garda Cleared

The total number of Carer Profiles saved on the application, regardless of the status of the Carer (i.e. Active, Inactive / Suspended, Temporary) that have a Garda Clearance Cert captured on their Profile

Scheduled Visits

The total number of Scheduled visits for searched duration

Completed Visits

Visits with Attendance from IVR

The total number of Completed visits that have had their attendance marked via IVR Clock In and / or IVR Clock Out

The total percentage of Completed visits that have had their attendance marked via IVR Clock In and / or IVR Clock Out

Visits with Manual Attendance

The total number of Completed visits that have had clock in / out done via the Plan Board

The total percentage of Completed visits that have had their attendance marked via IVR Clock In and Out

Visits with Partial auto Attendance

The total number of In Progress tasks

The total percentage of In Progress tasks

Visits with No Attendance

All visits, whereby the status of the visit is at Delayed Assigned or Update Required for the searched period of time.

Total percentage of visits, whereby the status of the visit is at Delayed Assigned or Update Required for the searched period of time.

Visits with Incomplete Attendance

All visits, whereby the status of the visit is set to In Progress for the searched period of time. I.e. the visit has not yet been completed

Punctuality & Performance

Carer clocking in on time as scheduled

The total number of Carers that have clocked in, within the 15 minute grace period of the scheduled visit

% of Carer working correct amount of time scheduled

The number and percentage of Carers that are working the scheduled amount of time taking into account the 15 minute grace period

Carer working less than 75% of time scheduled

The number and percentage of Carers that are working less than 75% of the scheduled amount of time, taking into account the 15 minute grace period

Carers working more than 15 minutes extra than scheduled time

The number of Carer that are working 15 minutes or more over the scheduled amount of time

Cancelled Visits

The total number of visit with a status of Cancelled

Percentage of visits with a status of Cancelled

Overnight Visits

Overnight Visits

The number of visits with Overnight Hours = visits whose Time From and Time To overlaps two dates e.g A visit with "Time From" 17-11-2013 20:00 and "Time To" 18-11-2013 08:00
