These figures relate only to Scheduled hours that were scheduled via the Scheduling Wizard in the Client Scheduling tab and linked with a Care Plan, or scheduled by clicking Add Care Plan and Client Schedule. In other words, hours that have been scheduled, but not linked with a Care Plan will not appear on this graph.
