Care Plan

The Care Plan screen outlines all of the Service Activities (including relevant times/dates) that are to be provided to a Client according to the Client’s Care Plan. It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Client’s Profile, as illustrated below:

From here, you can add a Care Plan to the Client’s Profile, or edit existing Plans.  The screen is broken into three sections as follows:

§  Care Plan

§  Care Plan Tracking

§  Calendar View
