This Report relates to how Complaint a Carers is in relation to completing Assigned Tasks using the telemonitoring method to Shift In and Out of a Client visit.
The report takes all Hours scheduled to the Client, and outlines how these have been completed (or not) and then illustrates how compliant in percentage, the Carer is with the system in terms of using telemonitoring.
The Completed Visits are broken down into Visits completed manually, Visits completed by telemonitoring, and Visits partially completed. Partially completed Visits are defined as Visits that start one way but end another, e.g. the Carer might use telemonitoring to clock into a client visit, but then is manually clocked out via the Plan Board by a system user.
The Report also provides an overview of how many hours the Carer has actually worked in a given time period (Completed Visits) in comparison with how many hours they were scheduled for (Scheduled Visits). By comparing the Schedule Time with the Actual Time, the Report highlights the percentage compliance of the carer in relation to their duration at these Client visits.
