In the event that a Carer has taken more Leave than they are entitled to then the Remaining Leave will appear in a Minus figure. This minus figure will be Carried Forward into the next year in the event that the Carry Forward checkbox is checked. So if a Carer is entitled to 21 Days Leave, and they are carrying a minus figure of 2 (-2) into 2016 this will be deducted from their Leave Entitlement for 2016 and therefore their Leave Entitlement for 2016 will be 19 Days.
