The Leave Charts screen allows you to define and manage the different Leave Entitlement Rules that maybe applied to a Carers Profile to calculate the Leave Entitlement for individual Carers. A Leave Chart, when linked with a Carer’s Profile can be used to calculate the amount of Leave a Carer is entitled to within one working year.
The Leave Charts screen can be accessed via the
Maintenance module as illustrated in the screen shot below:
When creating a Carer Profile, you can link the Carer with a Leave Chart, in effect outlining how much time they are entitled to for their Annual Leave. Leave Entitlement can be calculated on the system based on any of the following options:
§ Percentage of hours worked or scheduled
§ The linked Grade
§ A Fixed Amount
§ No Limit
