Each Client will be assigned a Priority Level when they are added to the InnovaCare system. By default this Priority Level is set to High but you are free to adjust it as per your requirements. Below are the different Priority Levels:
1. High à If you choose to unassign a Carer from a High Priority Client’s Task, an alert will pop up, asking if you wish to reassign the Task to a different Carer.
2. Normal à If you choose to unassign a Carer from a Normal Priority Client’s Task, no alert will pop up.
3. Low à If you choose to Unassign a Carer from a Low Priority Client Task, not alert will appear.
