Client Task In Progress Alert Settings

With regard to In Progress Tasks, you can further define when these Alerts should be sent, based on the length of time, greater than the Scheduled Duration the Task has been “In Progress” for.

To enable this Alert Notification to the “Attendance Notification Settings” section of the Notification Alert Setting screen. Then check the checkbox as illustrated in the screen show below and define the duration over the scheduled duration that should enable this Alert.

Once you have defined the In Progress duration you can then select from the user icon directly beside this to define the system users who will receive these Notification Alerts. The “In Progress Alert Settings” box will open and from here you can select from three options:

 

Default

Selecting the Default option will send the alerts to all Users that have the “Notification Alerts” enabled on their Profile Communication tab.

 

Group

Selecting the Group option will allow you to select from all Groups currently configured on the system. Once the Group has been selected, all Users within that Group, that have their “Notification Alerts” enabled on their Profile Communication tab, will receive an email alert.

 

Selective

Selecting the Selective option will allow you to select from any Active User on the system. Again, they must have their “Notification Alerts” enabled on their Profile Communication tab.
