The objective of this Report is to illustrate the total number of Generic Hours and Private Hours a Client has received or is scheduled to receive within the searched period of time as defined in the Client Scheduling Wizard on the Funding Category screen.

Please Note: Only the Private Funding Hours and Generically Funded Hours will appear in this Report. Schedules with any other Funding Category defined will not appear in this Report, even if the Client is availing of them within the searched period. With regard to the Generically Funded Hours, if any of the Client’s Schedules are under the subcategories “Generic AGED HCP” and/or “Generic DIS HCP”, they will not appear in this Report. However, any Schedules under of the other Generic Subcategories will be in the report. |
If a Client has a Schedule that was originally funded under one of the Categories or Subcategories relevant to this Report, but changed within the defined search period to a Category or Subcategory not relevant to this Report, then only the relevant hours will be populated. For example, if the Client Schedule was originally listed as Home Help Service Aged 65+ but changed during the search period to Generic AGED HCP or Generic DIS HCP, then only the hours where the Client was Aged 65+ will appear in the Report. The same rule applies in reverse (i.e. if the Client’s Schedule moves, within the defined search period, from a not relevant Funding Category/Subcategory to one that is relevant).
The Report is broken down by Area, with Clients grouped under their respective County or Postal Code, and also, within that, under their respective Town. Where no County or Town has been recorded on Clients’ Profiles, those Clients will be grouped together under the County Heading of Not Recorded and the Town Heading of Not Recorded.
Primary and Non-Primary Clients will both appear in the Report, providing they have, or are linked with, Schedules with the requisite Funding Categories. Primary and Non-Primary Clients will be differentiated in the results returned through colour coding (Primary = Orange, Non-Primary = White) as shown below:
