Indicates if the actual Task duration is less than, equal to or greater than the scheduled duration.

Attendance Type

Displays the type of Attendance required for the Task.

Task ID

Every Task created on the database is allocated its own unique ID number. This column displays the ID number assigned to this Task.

Service Name

Displays the name of the Service the Client is availing of.

Expense

Indicates that this is an Expense Record.

Shadowing

Indicates if this Task is a Shadowing Task.

First Name

Displays the Client’s first name.

Surname

Displays the Client’s surname.

Time From

Displays Task start time according to the Schedule.

Displays the date and time that the Task actually ended.  If a Task has been Cancelled but Sent to Billing or Payroll this will appear Blank.

Displays the scheduled duration of the Task.

Time Actually Worked

Displays the actual duration of the Task. If a Task has been Cancelled but Sent to Billing or Payroll this will appear Blank.

Also, the Mileage From Home data will only be displayed if the distance/time is less than the Mileage From Office data

Displays the distance and travel time (as calculated by the system) between the Office Address and the Client’s Home. This will only be calculated if both the Client Profile and the Office Address have GPS coordinates saved on the system (Office coordinates can be saved in the Office Setup screen). Also, the Mileage From Office data will only be displayed if the distance/time is less than the Mileage From Home data
