The Task Attendance interface’s main function is to highlight inconsistencies regarding Scheduled Client Tasks and Actual Carer Clock In/Out times.
It can be accessed through the Monitoring module by clicking on the Task Attendance tab, as shown in the screenshot. |

Where a Carer’s actual clock in/out times via IVR are inconsistent with the times that they were scheduled to clock in/out, these IVR calls will not be automatically linked to the Scheduled Task on the Plan Board. Instead, these calls will appear on the Task Attendance screen as Captured Attendances, giving you the opportunity to assess them and link them to their appropriate Tasks. This screen is separated into three main sections.
