Complete a Client Questionnaire

When updating a Client’s status, you might have the option of completing a Client Questionnaire.  This will be presented to you only if, in the configuration of the application, a list of questions has been defined concerning the status you are updating the Client to.  Any details you enter in these question fields will be captured in the Client’s Status History. The questions are based on the status that the Client Profile is being updated to.

Client Questionnaires are configured in the Maintenance > Lookups in the Common Options section. To access the Client Status History, simply click on the button beside the Status field.

You can view these questions and answers at any time by opening the Status History screen:
