Conditions

The Conditions screen allows you to record specific information relating to a Client, e.g. if the Client requires help with eating or is hard of hearing. It can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Client’s Profile, as illustrated below:

You can use the Preference Type drop down field to select the area the Condition will pertain to (e.g. hearing or vision) and the Preference For field to enter more specific details.  Any Notes can be recorded in the Comments field below.  Once you are satisfied, click Add to save the Condition and it will appear on the screen as a card (see screenshot above).
