The Contacts screen allows you to add as many Contacts as you wish to a Client Profile. The Contacts tab can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Client’s Profile. To add a Contact, simply click on the Add button in the Contacts Tab.

A Contact Information window will open, allowing you to record the details of the Contact.
In addition to name, address etc, you can capture the following:
· Key: Checking this box indicates that the Contact has a key to the Client’s home · Code: Can be any code relating to the Client, but will normally be the alarm code for the Client’s home
There is also a checkbox at the bottom of the window that allows you to Make Contact Billing Contact.
If you choose to check this box, the Contact will then appear as the default Billing Contact in all Private Invoices created for the Client. |

This only applies to invoices for Private Paying Clients. This does not impact Clients who are HSE Funded (Either Generic or Separately Funded)! |
You will only be able to check this checkbox for one Contact per Client Profile.
In the Billing Chart section of the Scheduling Wizard, you will still have the option of selecting a Billing Contact from any of the Client Contacts captured on the system. However, the default Billing Contact will be the one for whom you checked Make Contact Billing Contact.
