The Contacts screen allows you to change a Primary Client to a Non-Primary Client. To do this, simply uncheck the Primary Member box, as illustrated below:
Once the Client is Non-Primary, you will no longer be able to add a Schedule to their Profile. You will, however, be able to link them to a Primary Client’s Schedule. Once you do that, you will be able to view the Primary Client’s Schedule from the Non-Primary Client’s Profile.
You can also use the Contacts screen to view the different Non-Primary Clients associated with the Primary Client. To see this information, simply click on the family icon as illustrated below. A new window will pop up, displaying all of the Non-Primary Clients currently linked with one of the Primary Client’s Schedules:
