The Client Contract screen allows you to capture information relating to the type of Funding the Client in question has been approved for. You can also capture billing information here if you wish.
The screen can be accessed via the ribbon bar on the Client’s Profile, as illustrated below:

From the Office Setup Module, you can set rules and restrictions based on the information captured via this screen. These rules may impact users adding Client Schedules or updating individual Tasks (e.g. users may be required to capture HSE Agreed Package information on the Contract screen before they can capture HSE budget information.) Please refer to the HSE Agreed Package Policy section in the Policy area of this document for more information. |
