Viewing a Flag

You can view a Client’s Flag(s) via either the Flag tab on the Client’s profile or the Plan Board.

On the Plan Board the Flag can be seen in the 5th column from the left of the screen. The icon you selected when adding the Flag will appear and to view the information relating to the Flag, simply hover your mouse over that icon. If more than one Flag has been added to a Client’s profile, the icon will be the number of Flags. For example, if three Flags were added, then the number 3 will appear. To view all Flags, again hover your mouse over the visible icon, as shown below:
