IVR Sync

This screen allows you to define Grace Periods in relation to Linking Scheduled Tasks with IVR Clock In/Out Performed by the Carers.

§  Flexible Time to Clock In

This allows you to define the Grace Period for clocking in. If Carers do not clock in precisely on time but are still within the Grace Period, the IVR Clock In will still be automatically linked with the Scheduled Task. For example, if the Task is scheduled for 10.00am and the Flexible Time to Clock In is set to 15 minutes, then the Carer can clock into the Client’s home any time from 9.45 to 10.15 and this will automatically link with the Scheduled Task, which will then update to In Progress. If the Carer is outside the Grace Period, the IVR Clock In will not link with the Scheduled Task, meaning the Task will update to Delayed.

§  Flexible Time to Clock Out

This allows you to define the Grace Period for clocking out. For example, if the Task is scheduled to end at 11.00am and the Flexible Time to Clock Out is set to 15 minutes, then the Carer can clock out of the Client’s home any time from 10.45 to 11.15 and this will automatically link with the Scheduled Task, which will then update to Completed. If the Carer is outside the Grace Period, the IVR Clock Out will not link with the Scheduled Task, meaning the Task will remain In Progress.
