This screen allows you to define what will be considered Regular Hours and what will be considered Unsociable Hours with regard to Payroll. The rules defined here will apply in the Payroll Template 6 Report. The Carer’s hours in that Report will then be divided according to these rules.
For example, if you have defined that Sunday 20.00 – 23.59 are Unsociable Hours and a Carer works on a Sunday from 20.00 – 21.00, their hours will be populated in the Unsociable Hours area of the Report (as opposed to the Sunday Hours area).
