Across the top of the Leave History screen we have the facility to browse each Carers Leave History for each year. There is a blue banner then that illustrates for each year the following information, which is based on the Leave Entitlement for each Carer, calculated based on the Rules defined in the Leave Chart as outlined above:

This defines the Leave Entitlement for the Carer for the selected year based on the Leave Quota (and the Carry Forward figure if applied). |

Total Leave Taken |
This illustrates the overall number of Leave Hours or Days this Carer has taken for the selected Year. |

Total Remaining Leave |
This illustrates the overall number of Leave Hours or Days this Carer has remaining based on their Total Leave Entitlement minus the number of Days / Hours they have already taken. |

Carry Forward |
This is the figure that was carried forward from the previous year and will only be populated if the Leave Chart linked with this Profile has the Carry Forward checkbox enabled. |
